Able to get car completed before we left on a week vacation. Originally supposed to be ready 6/13 but had a delay. They willingly got me out of rental car and loaned me a more similar vehicle which was really appreciated

Was pleased with way they gave a loaner car after week of using rental. Not pleased the way the good fits on my Forester. It overhangs about one inch over body molding around the front grill. They explained its due to after market hood they had to get per insurance allowance.

I told them about the orange peel and dropped the truck off for an additional week and they only went over the door again. The fact that they would let a vehicle leave their shop that way is a shame and shows how little pride and care they have for their work.

Front bumper on passenger side paint is orange peeled. The front grill has fish eyes in the paint also.

Body shop manager was aware of the orange peel in the paint and did fix it on the passenger door however the paint on the bumper and the grill were not wet sanded and fixed.
