My vehicle sounds like it needs a new tie rod now which before the accident it was fine and my rim was not replaced so I still have damages from the accident on my vehicle.

My tire messed up after 20 mins off having it . Fixed stuff that had nothing to do with the accident. Ans very unprofessional going to report them real soon.

The representative I spoke to was very pleasant and had open communication with my car and my insurance carrier. The team definitely did a great job replacing and painting my rear bumper. And they vacuumed my car. I really appreciate all their efforts. Will only be going here for my car services for now on.

I have to take my car back again twice to the autobody shop coz my cars Check Engine, Eyesight and Reverse Auto Brake (RAB) were ON and Lane Departure alert was not working. When I initially first got back my car those engine lights were already ON but the Autobody owner said that it's alright it will just go away after I use my car. However after 3 days those engine lights were still on. So I took my car back again. It's so inconvenient.

Our damaged vehicle looks amazing, it looks new! The entire experience was exceptional from dropping the car off to picking it up. All the arrangements were made for me including leasing the rental car. I have no complaints, only complements to the entire team!
