Excellent communication throughout the process of the repair. I had dropped my car off during off hours but a staff member was still there. He was very helpful and cordial. Upon picking up my car again very courteous and my car looked terrific. I would definitely recommend their services to friends and family. Ty

Communication, is so important. Wayne explained the entire estimate which he pretty much stuck too. He kept me up to date when one part had to be returned and made sure everything was completed to his standard. The vehicle was returned clean. & shiny. I would recommend Fall River Auto Body.
