This was my first time using this shop and I had a great experience. They did bodywork on my car and the turnaround time was much faster than I expected. The customer service was excellent — everyone was friendly, professional, and took the time to clearly explain what needed to be done and why. I really appreciated how transparent and easy the whole process was. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend them to anyone needing bodywork done

What an outstanding experience from the very first introduction to the final “thank you.” No one enjoys dealing with vehicle damage, but Falls Auto Collision turned the entire repair process into a smooth, professional, and genuinely pleasant experience. All the damage to my car was not fixed when i was told to pick it up. Someone needs to check the vehicle and make sure all the damages are fixed.
