Hard to connect with Falls Collision via phone. The voice mail box is full and cannot take messages. Have to keep calling to get someone on the phone. Other than that, service was really good

Everyone was very respectful, honest about deadlines, and what could/should be done. I felt they really care about their customers and the service provided. They even assisted in communicating with the rental cia on my behalf. If I ever need body shop services again, I will go back to Falls. Thank you!
