I’m EXTREMELY satisfied with my service. Janessa was very professional and helpful. And the work they did was amazing, I gasped when I pulled into the parking lot to pick up my car. Everything was seamless and perfect. The only suggestion I have would be to send notifications to the client if the parts are taking an extra long time to come in. I was told it would be 3-5 business days that they would come in but it depended on the availability of the parts. I’m understanding of this, although it took a little over a month for them to come in. I think it would’ve been nice to receive weekly texts just letting me know that the parts were still pending to arrive at the shop, instead of me having to call twice to ask them if the parts had come in yet. That’s the only suggestion I have. Everything else…AMAZING!
