Overall, it was a very positive experience! I was always able to connect with someone over the phone, all of my questions were answered, the cash discount for the deductible was very helpful, and my car looks like the damages never occurred. However, a broken part was left in my trunk (I found it once I got home) and there is a permanent scuff mark on my near passenger seats (most likely made by a person’s work boot), which I understand could have been accidents. Other than that, I would highly recommend this service provider. Thank you!

Your work done at this body shop was excellent but regarding other issues caused by the accident are still on my dash board, I am driving a little worried as some of the lights are still on. I know Geico has mentioned on an other repair to be done where they will refund me, but I am left confused as to why I pay so much on auto insurance where, if you have an accident certain things will be fixed or repaired and now quoting it as "wear and tear." When you purchase a new vehicle as you drive it out of the dealership it looses its value. I am going to speak to Christian, my advisor from Geico to address my concerns again.
