Ali was so kind. He explained the process & did excellent follow up. Mr Syed, the shop owner even shared snacks with me when I came to pick up my car. I was delighted to see that they had also given my car a good cleaning. I’d highly recommend this business for body work. Also, they can do any mechanical work. AND they’re open until midnight!

I had to come back multiple times for remedial work.

They charged me an extra $500 for a deductible I already paid. And then never called me back until I had State Farm call them to get a handle on the situation. They still have not returned this second deductible.

I was in an accident a few days before all the winter holidays began. After calling my insurance claims person they provided me with a few local body shops and I decided on Fasttrak. They are within walking distance of my home and the reviews I read made me feel confident my car was in good hands. I was able to go in first thing in the morning and Ali, I believe the office manager was so friendly and explained the process. Despite it being during the holidays, I personally think they got my car fixed pretty quickly. I liked that they kept me up to date via text messages on the process and if any delays occurred. I even received my car back a few days sooner than they had originally estimated. Plus side they also offer convenient hours, which at first I thought was a mistake but they are open until midnight most days. Definitely would recommend this body shop, fast service, friendly staff, and communication was great. They did an amazing job getting my car back to how it looked pre-accident.
