They were super helpful after my accident! They took care of my car and kept me updated on everything that was happening. The staff is super welcoming and accommodating. I actually left my house keys with my car keys one day and they were even kind enough to drop it off for me. Highly recommend them!! Thank youuu!!

Overall the work done exceeded my expectations. First impression when I walked into the small cluttered office was not a wowing one but I quickly learned that they put client satisfaction above all. Owner and staff are really pleasant to deal with. Nice, genuine people who are very fair.

The process was quick and not too expensive. Everyone was really nice and the work turned out great. The shop was open to looking at other items and gave honest recommendations, suggesting a couple repairs like brakes could wait, prioritizing the customer’s finances over their own. So appreciated! The only thing was that I was told an estimate of 4 days completion in an update text and that same evening informed the car was done and needed to be picked up within the hour. More notice would be appreciated. Otherwise the experience was great and I would return. Thank you!

I had such a pleasant experience at Fasttrack. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. I felt very well taken care of. They worked extra hard to ensure that my car was fixed in a timely manner. Not only did they replace my rear bumper in one day, but they also did a detailed interior and exterior cleaning of my car! The work was high quality, and I look forward to coming back to Fasttrack for my future car maintenance needs.
