They did great work on repairing the car. It was side swiped on the passenger side and it looks good and new. I was surprised how quickly the car was fixed and back into my hands.

I wouldn’t want this happening to anyone else. To be left on the dark for the majority of the time that your car is supposedly getting repaired and then having it stolen and then having to deal with them without communication on their end

I dropped off my car to their shop which they told me it was going to be a 3 day repair which in the end took 2 months because they parked my car in the side streets and got stolen 4 days after I dropped off my car and they didn’t inform me til 5 days later when I called to ask about an update on my car and when we found my car all my personal belongings were in my car and the body shop didn’t and still doesn’t want to help pay for my stuff that was inside . I talked to the insurance company but because it was in their car and their shop they’re the ones responsible for everything that was stolen plus they didn’t have cameras where my car was parked

My car was returned to me after a break in with more damage than was originally there, and shards of class still in the back seat. I was told it would be detailed and the seats would be clean, yet the car was not even vacuumed. When I would call for an update I was told I would get a call back from them later that day, but I would never hear from them unless I called. This happened each time I called over the month+ that they had my car. I still am calling to schedule a time to bring my car back so that they can fix the new damages done. The repair was sloppy at best.

The man answering the phones was super friendly and helpful. However I would never get a call back from the mechanics working on my car despite being told I should expect a call back within a day.

I went there to get my front bumper fixed and they matched the color perfectly. And to my surprise they cleaned the car. This shows that customer satisfaction is a priority and they demonstrate this with outstanding work and service. Car was ready as they had quoted. Highly recommend them.

I recently used Fasttrak Auto Center for repairs on my car through a claim with State Farm. Having never been in a car accident before, I truly didn't know what to expect from the process, or even what getting repairs made on my car would entail. The entire Fasttrak team was incredibly kind and communicative throughout the entire process and went absolutely above and beyond with the repairs. They were quick, efficient, and even cleaned out the inside of my car before returning it to me! It honestly looked better than it did before the accident and I left the shop from picking up my car wowed by the service and have told all of my friends and family what a great job they did. If I ever need work done on my car in the future, I will absolutely be back :)
