The work done on the car was excellent. I also appreciate that it was vacuumed and shiny when I got it back. I was only disappointed that it took so long (3 weeks) I believe that was because of the insurance. But Serghel kept me informed throughout the process. This was the second time I have been here and I appreciate the work you all do.

On multiple occasions I was informed that my vehicle was ready only to get there to find that all repairs were not completed. This was after rearranging personal affairs, taking time to refuel my rental and commute to and from Faulkner. It's not a hassle when you get to leave with your repaired vehicle but when it amounts to a false alarm it becomes an inconvenience and time lost. As they say, time is money and money is time. I waited an extra 2 weeks to get my vehicle back because of this
