The only qualm I had, despite being understandable, was that the car was there for an entire week. Not necessarily their fault but, having chosen to forego the expense and hassle of renting a car, it was somewhat inconvenient. however, the repair work was impeccable; their manner and customer service friendly, straightforward, very professional. As for the total cost of the repairs, I never expected it to be as much as it was, but they provided a fully itemized list of everything that was done. I'd have preferred to give them a 9.75 instead of a 9, but there' s no option to do so.

I couldn’t be more impressed with the people and the work everyone did on my car, Justina, Fred, and Jay, whom I met, were very professional, respectful and caring. I was kept informed as the repairs progressed, and my car rental went smoothly. At pick up, Fred reviewed again what they found items repaired/replaced, warranty, calibrations, including 360° view, wheel, alignment, paint, etc. They were very thorough and ensured all damage and anything pertaining to safety were addressed. I totally would recommend Faulkner collision in Fairless Hills.
