Michael whom I talked to weekly about my car was very kind and considerate on training to explain the updates and work that was being done to my car. He kept me updated on the progress with the team as well as contacting my agent to push for longer extension with my rental. I was truly please and satisfied with everything he has done. As well as the team who worked on my car.

Very unlikely. I have family in the business and only went to Faulkner because it was recommended by the insurance company. I thought it would have been done rather quickly. Honestly I have had similar jobs done and it never took this long. Even with “discontinued” parts.

Steve & the receptionist (Emily?) Were amazing throughout the whole process. Very easy to work with!!!!! I had extenuating circumstances & a very difficult situation with the entire process of getting my car fixed. Everyone was difficult EXCEPT Faulkner Collison..... mostly Steve!!!!!! Everything from Emily the receptionist to Steve Sooy (i believe that's his last name). I was in a very difficult situation with extenuating circumstances. Faulkner Collison did a beautiful job with my "Lola". Honestly, I'm disabled with a vehicle adapted so that I can drive it. When I'm out a vehicle, it's a complete nightmare. For the first time my Lola went in the shop & the Collison/Repair company was the easiest & nicest to work with over insurance/adjusters etc etc! Truely Grateful!! Thank you Steve, Emily, (my body techs) & Faulkner for your help!!!!
