I had a good experience with this auto body shop. The work was excellent, and the staff was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. They took great care of my car and kept me informed throughout the process. My only complaint is that it took much longer than expected to get the work done which wasn’t because of the shop, but due to delays in obtaining a part from the car manufacturer. Overall, I’m very happy with the service I received.

As usual the professionalism and curtesy os staff at this shop is superb. Alfredo and wilber were extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the process with my insurance. The repair was absolutely outstanding. The detailings and the quality of work performed were excellent. Very grateful and happy of the work done on my vehicle.

Since I live in Pennsylvania and my vehicle was being repaired in New York, I was understandably worried about the process and being so far away from my car. From start to finish, the team provided outstanding customer service, excellent communication, and high-quality repairs. A special thank you to Alfredo, who was my main point of contact throughout the entire process. He kept me informed every step of the way, answered all of my questions promptly, and made sure I felt comfortable and confident with the repairs being done.
