Stated car was repaired but overlooked that they broke the front grill when reinstalling. Anyone who would have glanced at the overall job should have noticed the error... it was not a subtle break. Piece of grill was broken off and missing.

Agreed to replace the grill they broke but will require another visit to shop at later date. Seemed bothered when I asked them to write on receipt that they will still be repairing the broken grill.

The Customer service, I was quite disappointed .They are not updating us on the repair process, unless we call them. Then when they say they will call us …they take us for granted . That’s how we felt.
