Exceptional customer service and outstanding work ... my car looks fantastic, inside and out! Plus zero hassles with my insurance claim. Thank you very much, Feldman staff, for your extra time and effort. A+ experience, all the way around!

Kris was not condescending or presumptive like most men at dealerships are when dealing with women. I really appreciated working with him. I will definitely come back because of his excellent customer service.

It is absolutely unacceptable that a 2015 Silverado with 90,000 miles has a transmission failure. My wife and I are the original owners of this vehicle and it has never been driven hard or abused. It also has never been used to tow. I realize that Feldman is not to blame for the transmission failure, but it makes it more apparent that GM quality has continued to degrade. Immediately after Feldman replaced the transmission, I drove from Lansing to Battle Creek. While exiting the highway, I could hear the fan running in the engine compartment. I checked the transmission fluid temperature which read 250 degrees. I returned my truck to Feldman where I was told it could possibly be a stuck pressure relief valve. I was also informed that the part was sticking prior to me picking up the truck. The technician "thought" the valve was working normally again before I picked the truck up. This part was replaced and I have driven the truck normally without issue. I paid thousands for a new transmission to replace one that failed prematurely. I expect the repairs to be top quality and last for years. We have been purchasing GM vehicles for decades and our family members have retired from GM. We have been loyal customers for a very long time. If there are any significant failures on this truck or our 2019 Blazer in the near future, these will be our last GM vehicles.

Cameron Spiece worked with me from start to finish. He was professional and understanding. I was extremely frustrated with my situation and he put forth a lot of effort in helping make the best of it.

Kris was AMAZING to work with! He took care of all my concerns and made sure I knew about each step of the process. I really appreciate Kris! He is wonderful at his job and interactions with customers, he made my experience great! The only issue I see with all the work done to my vehicle is that the "TrailBoss" sticker on the right side box of the truck was not installed in the same place as the left side nox of the truck and has a bubble in the sticker.

I have been doing business at Bud Kouts Chevrolet now Feldman of Lansing since 1982. I consistently have been pleased with the sales staff (specifically Pat Iding) and with the service team and the body shop team.

Kris Raatz provided excellent customer service. He contacted me several times to advise me on the progress on the repair work on my car. I have only good things to say about his work and service.
