Generally speaking, I felt that I was kept in the loop regarding the state of my car's repairs. The estimated date of completion probably should have been updated a little bit earlier, but that's a bit of knit-picking. The courtesy driver (Bob) was great. The work itself looks great. The accident that necessitated the work occurred just prior to cleaning day. So, I was pleasantly surprised to find my car was significantly cleaner coming out than it was going in. Thank you for a job well done.

Outside the date issue, the only other foot set wrong is they changed the seating and mirror positions. Given that's all I can complain about, I am happy with the service.
