Work well done. Like that car was nicely cleaned. But other dealers offer free loaners and Feldman does not.

Not only will I never be returning, I would never recommend Feldman to even an enemy. Terrible customer service.

I was continuously told the wrong information. No one called me when the parts came in. I finally was able to drop off my car. I was told it would take 5 days. It ended up taking 7. The workers did not seem to have a clue as to when I dropped off my car. They argued with me on the day and time the car was dropped off for service. After I complained they told me I could pick up my car the next day (day 6 which they were insisting was day 5). The car was not ready on day 6. I had to repeatedly call them to make sure they were doing what they said they would. There was no attempt to keep me updated. At one point they told me there was additional work that had been done on my car, only to back pedal and say there wasn't since I complained that I was not notified of any additional repairs. When I finally got my car back it was covered in white specks of junk. They cleaned it off but it took a good amount of time that I had to wait there when this was the third time I got the wrong information as to when my car would actually be ready.
