Such a difference between the negativity of Feldman service dept and the busy shop. Body shop is informative and professional. I was leery of this place due to prior experience with Service department but the Body shop runs like a well managed team.

Some of the issue was beyond their control. But if they had been truthful about things and helped us escalate the problem sooner it would have been better. Really was not happy with how poorly they communicated.

We had good communication with body shop. Frank was helpful and getting car fixed went smoothly. We did have to bring back for one extra day due to paint having defects. Needed to be wet sanded and resprayed. Was taken care of promptly and panel on car looks great.
