Over committed to when car would be done . Leave messages either no response . Tried explain that we were leaving town for parents funeral and when that was but still didn’t seem to click with owner. I felt like we were a bother trying to Figure out if we would receive car before we left and from the beginning he said yes wasn’t going to Take that long . Maybe he needs to keep notes on what he has said to people .
