Repair was fine. Communication on timeline for the repair was subpar. Repair took two weeks and my car sat on their lot for 4 days before it was even touched while I paid for a rental car. Better communication on when I could have brought it in and when it would be done would have been appreciated. Just because a repair is covered by insurance doesn’t mean there is no cost impact.
