The woman that answered my call when I asked about when my car will be done was considerably aggressive for no reason. I think I had a right to be a little upset that my primary transportation was taking an extra week. The customer service woman was super upset that I even asked and seemed baffled that I had questions. She kept saying, “We are the ones who have to fix YOUR car” as if this was something I asked for? Completely rude and inconsiderate, should really work on learning how to talk to people and deliver disappointing news.
