I have been in car accident before and I have had call them all the time to check on my vehicle which is a hassle itself and to pry out information about my vehicle. But the experience is got from fender fix is a experience of unbelief of how the staff keeps you informed weekly about your car. There the most pleasant and helpful staff i have ever experienced from a bodyshop i myself have worked in a bodyshop myself. Fender fix doesn't waste time working on car. I would recommend Fender fix to everyone

The final product was good, but the communication was not. I was told I would be called multiple times and I wasn’t. We had to call almost every single time. My husband was also told that I was told it would be 7 to 10 days before it was fixed; however, I have an email from someone that stated five business days at the most. We appreciate transparency and consistency. If you tell me you will call, I expect that.
