Tracy went above and beyond to help me out with State Auto and Hertz. Very professional yet very personable, obvious he knew what he was doing. Long delay in getting my car back was certainly not his faukt! Got my car back in perfect, like new condition - even cleaned the inside and gave her a good wash.
