I dropped my car off on 6/23. They called 6/25 to tell me they had completed their estimate and will start the repairs and should have my car completed on 7/2. 7/2 comes around and I end up calling them to check on the status of my car. I was assured my car would be ready for pickup the next day. I waited until around 4pm and hadn't received a call, so I called them. I was then told my car wouldn't be ready until 7/8, which it was. I totally understand things happen and the quality of work is fantastic. I just wish they had a little better communication.
