Everything was great! I do wish I had a couple of more phone calls giving updates. I did like the text alerts but did not start receiving those until a couple days before the car was finished. But everything was great!!!

No contact about progress on my vehicle unless I called to try to find out what was going on. There are 20 chips in my paint where hail damage was fixed but paint was chipped and not fixed when my wife went to pick car up. Place on my car where it was scraped by something while in the body shop. Found a place where it looks like a fifth grader with a paint by numbers kit dabbed paint on a chipped area. Very disappointing. I'm 50 years old and the worse experience in car repair in my life.
