Incredibly helpful, professional people. I think that calling me to tell me I need to get an alignment where there were no issues before was not super cool, as obviously it's a product of the accident and should be covered, but I don't notice any issues enough to fight it.

I would have given a 10 but the tech lost a part when disassembling to repair. Now the part is hard to locate a replacement for. But to their credit they are diligently attempting to locate one.
