Friendly service. I love Fred, he's awesome! Paintwork looks good, my bumper had to be adjusted a few times and still isn't quite level, lower on the right side than the left. I am a perfectionist when it comes to certain aesthetics, especially my vehicles, I wish the repair techs were perfectionist as well but they seem to not notice the fine details and discrepancies that I see very easily in their work. Also, the time that repairs take is always longer than expected. The first series of repairs after a minor car accident took 3 months, this time it was a few weeks for a dent/scratch repair on rear quarter panel, but was supposed to only be 5 days.
