After dealing with Fetzner collision on 3 previous occasions, there was no doubt that this repair would yield the same outstanding service and work. Iâve bragged over the years about what good work this business did. Iâm sorry, but your winning track record came to an end January 2 when I came to pick up my car and the tire pressure hadnât been addressed on the wheel that suffered in the accident. Sad because that would be something you check before calling to say the job was complete, even more when your employee drives it out from back with the indicator lights blaring like a Christmas tree. One would think theyâd say hold on on minute and let me make sure everything is okay. I glad that 4 degree temperatures made me pay attention to the dashboard and go back inside and get some one to see what I was seeing. Needless to say I was back in the rental for an additional day and an additional cost of a new tire that was initially damaged in the accident. Not a good look at all.
