When I first saw my car the paint job was so good I didn’t recognize my own car from the drivers side and rear. Lol When I left it with Final Finish my trunk light worked and I could open my trunk with any key. After I got it back I found my key would no longer open the trunk and I had to open it by the inside latch only. (Thankfully it worked) when trunk was open my trunk light no longer came on . Other than the fridges cold and wet weather delays on the repairs and the trunk issues they were nice and the work they did do was great. Dissatisfied only with the trunk issues left undone though.

The work appears to have been done well. I only saw one little dust glob in the finish. Over all my car looks good.

I would have put a 9, but I signed a form before repairs began telling me that all new parts would be used on my car. But after reading through the itemized receipt I see where they listed time to prepare reclaimed pieces/parts. And in my experience from Tulsa, OK, when a car gets body work, it also gets a complete detail job. So, that’s what I had expected to happen here too. We all know what happens when we sssume.
