Car went in functioning. Came out with non functioning parts and fitment to parts that were replaced were signifinicatly off.

Owner was hostile. My wife had a panic attack in the shop and later went home to have a convulsing seizure due to the waybyhe owner talke to me and her because he couldn't get everything repaired properly.

The buffing left a lot of marks in the clearcoat it needs to be fixed, and there is also what appears to be a long scratch going down the passenger side that was not there

The detail was not done to perfection. There is a straight line down the passenger side in the clear coat that I cannot remove by wiping mostly seen in evening light. Dent pulled on rear passenger side door has a small raised area.

Everything was done in a decent time. It took about 3 maybe 4 weeks. One thing i noticed is the seals around my doors aren't glued down correctly. Had my roof replaced. So far no water leaking so I think were good. Top tier customer service tho. Compared to the previous body shop I went to. They were angels.

Overall, I’m happy. My car looks fantastic, as if it were never hit, and everything works as expected. Everyone was kind, courteous, and professional. I only had an issue with a wiring harness being loose and causing a few glitchy things upon picking it up. But, it was fixed within a day and they were patient and very helpful with that. I would recommend Final Finish to other people, for sure.
