Your staff was very helpful and when we had questions, you were responsive. The fix on the right back bumper and wheel were spot on - no dents. I said yes, we are completely satisfied with only one reservation. The car drives smoothly but there is a wobbly sound that is different from before the accident. We are planning to see how the tires wear over the next couple of months and ensure nothing is out of tune.

I am so impressed with the quality of work. The only reason I did not put a 10 is that my car has a slight wobble noise, even though there is no wobble, and one of my car doors does not latch as easily as it did before the accident. However, I can tell that a lot of thought and care went into the repair of my vehicle. The alignment is superb and all the sensors are functioning as they did before. Thank you.

Very good! There were just long periods of time (over a week) where I had not heard about the status of the repair. However, I received good communication towards the end of the repair cycle.

I was happy with the work. My biggest concern was the combination of not learning about the very long timeline until car was already dropped off, and then having it unusable to me while it waited for days in the shop.
