I feel like communication throughout the process could have been a little better. I had to call a few times for updates. I am happy with the repair, I can't tell it was ever damaged, and they cleaned it up well after it was finished.

They told me I would get updates weekly and They didn’t call me with any updates on my vehicle. I called them. They never told me there were additional items found damaged on my vehicle after they began and no one let me know what all was repaired. The vehicle took longer than expected and no one called me. I did receive 2 calls at the end when it was time to come pick it up.
