Would have given a 10 but the (older) lady was rude and acted like she was being bothered. Jason was fantastic and the young lady behind the lower desk out front of the taller desk was also very helpful.

Have been going to Findlay for years, always have had great service. This time the same, the body shop staff was professional and on time with the repairs. Findlay made it a good experience, from having a rental car service on the property and also making me aware of a recall on the vehicle so it could be taken care of. The staff at Findlay went above and beyond. Will go to Findlay for all my service needs.
