The car was not cleaned as every single auto body shop I have gone to has done. No instructions, no touch up paint. I was the one to ask questions and follow up. I had to call to see if the car was ready. I picked it up on a Friday and the following Monday I received a text asking if I was going to pick it up. I asked for a follow up call and never received one.
