They said my car estimated completion would be 7/28/26. I finally got it back 9/10/26. I felt as though every week I was the one calling asking the status and following up. They sent it to a dealer and it ended up sitting there for a period of time without Finishline hounding them to speed the process up. They did offer a rental but the rental did not come until 10 days after the deadline was missed. I then picked the car up and I listened to a rattling noise the whole way home. I turned around and took it back to the location that didn’t work on it but had it for me to pick up…and the smart mechanic knew what the issue was and fixed it on the spot. Hats off to him.
