The door you replaced does not open from the inside. I have a daughter that’s handicapped and uses that door to get in and out. I can’t put her in the front seat. You made me wait after we rented the car for a week before you even scheduled the car after we brought it in and got the wrong door, another door you put on does not work and I do not have a rental car to give you the time to replace him that if I can’t even trust you to replace it at this point

It took about a month and a half to get my car repaired. Finish line was transparent with me while things were happening, even when they found more problems while putting my vehicle back together, informing me on the spot that it might take longer to get my vehicle back. Thankfully it did not take longer, and actually was ready 1 day before the estimate they had initially given. If I do need body work done in the future, they will be my first choice.
