From my amateur eyes, it looks like you did an excellent job on my car. My only criticism is to be more accurate with your time estimates of job completion. I realize there are many factors involved but clear accurate communication is important to customers.

Joe’s Body Shop is actually the best around. They are prompt in their service. They explain what they’re going to be doing to fix your car and when it’s done you get back a car that’s looking brand new.. they are all skilled professionals.

Joe’s Body Shop is wonderful . My car was hit by a deer, and Joe’s made the car look like new not only that, but they were very professional and explaining to me what needed to be done and very helpful to me when I came to pick up the car as I use a walker. They are exceptional.

Nate and his staff at Joe's Body Shop are the best! No matter the job, big or small, they pay attention to all the details and put the customer first! I was very impressed with the genuine concern for customers. There was a glitch in when my car was ready and Joe went out of the way to accommodate me and make adjustments. He went above and beyond to assure I wasn’t inconvenienced. When my car was ready, the work was exceptional and the inside was like brand new. I had not expected them to clean my car so throughly. I give them 12 stars out of 10 ! Highly recommend. Best customer service I have ever experienced.

Although my car wasn’t ready on the day, I was told it would be the body shop was very apologetic about the delay and made accommodations for me so that I wasn’t inconvenienced. They went above and beyond my expectations and making sure that I had transportation during the period that the car wasn’t available because of the delay. I understand that it needed a lot of work and took longer than anticipated. Joe was very respectful and considerate and helpful throughout the process the repairs were excellent. There was one dent on the driver side door that wasn’t there before the accident, but they thought that perhaps it had been so wasn’t fixed. Joe’s made arrangements with me to bring the car back in the new year so that that can be fixed and said that he would be in touch with nationwide to let them know. I think that Joe’s garage is an excellent resource and would highly recommended . They go above and beyond in customer service.
