First they were very friendly. Second they texted me to give me updates on the progress they were making. Third, newer vehicles require electrical programming if that was affected in the accident, as was in my case, My car was kept until Everything was working correctly and again, informed me of their progress. Also washed my car. When I picked up Mitsy, you couldn’t even tell it was involved in an accident. she looked great and all was fixed to my satisfaction.
