Brought my 2015 Dodge Durango RT in mid December 2025 for repairs due to a traffic accident with an uninsured driver. I didn’t get my vehicle back not until mid March 2026 (3 months). The air bags of both headrest deployed because of the rear collision. Dodge dealership did not have those headrest in stock nor did the manufacturer of those headrest make them anymore. I was put on a long list of customers waiting for the manufacturer to have to make them and ship them back to Finnegan Collision Center in Rosenberg, Texas. Finnegan Collision Center was not at fault for the long delays since they had to wait on the manufacturer to produce new headrest. Finnegan made the other repairs to my car and were held up only because waiting on delivery of headrest from manufacturer. I was satisfied with the repairs but was very upset on the long delays from manufacturer. I didn’t have my car for 3 months. Luckily I used my sons car to get back and forth to work or I would have been charged out of pocket expenses to rent a car for 3 months.
