From start to finish the overall experience was great. Carlos kept me abreast of the status of the repairs and was very courteous and professional. This shop was one of several approved by Allstate and in googling it had the highest ratings. I'm here to say it is well deserved. My vehicle was repaired and cleaned to near showroom condition. Not satisfied. It wasn’t what I would have expected for a dealership associated collision center and as a select service center for State Farm. Going to review with Insurance Company / adjuster on the issues for their direction on how to proceed.
