If we were talking customer service I would give you a 1 because at no time was I told I would not have a car to drive to work, other than the day I dropped my car off then the secretary said oh your car won't be ready tonight maybe tomorrow but don't know at this point I said if I would have known I would have made arrangements. To have a car to drive to work and back ,and then it would not have been a problem .I understand the head lights were a mistake but a person that works full time needs more Info when dropping there car off just for your info more info would have been nice

After getting 2 quotes to repair the bumper I chose First Choice because they were better with communicating about the scheduling and answering questions. I was happy with the repair and when I had questions about the paint color, they took the time to look at the paint and saw what I was seeing. Turned out there wasn't an issue but appreciated their honesty. I'd recommend them.

I only have one comment, make sure the customers vehicle is fully detailed before returning it. I am having to return my truck to have the interior cleaned.
