Due to having our phone number wrong, our scheduled appointment was canceled as the receptionist could not reach us two weeks prior to confirm. NOTHING was done to reach us via mail as FC had our address. This we showed up after waiting 3 months. Only to find out parts were not ordered and we were cancelled. This is very poor customer service. Back ups should be added to this policy as to how to reach customers. Get emails and another phone number. Staff did quickly order parts and thankfully most was repaired within two days as we absolutely needed our truck for towing.

I wouldn’t say that everything went super smooth on this repair regarding the paint shop issues and mystery dent that happened during the repair. But First Choice was very communicative and up front about everything. And at the end of the day the repair is perfect and I can’t even tell where the paint was blended so for that I still give it a 10/10
