Initial repairs seemed to be done well, but upon further inspection I discovered multiple items that required further attention (3 parts not properly replaced plus a major rattle coming from the area). Communication has been seriously lacking. In the past three weeks, I've had five separate instances of being told I'd receive a call back on a certain day, and it has never happened. The only way to communicate is if I call myself and happen to catch someone in the office.
