Process took a long time from start to finish. This an equipment problem rather than poor service. Additonally some parts were BMW OEM, and were required and not optional leading to increased costing to Country. Again, not First Choices fault. Only reason for a 9. The work seemed good.

we will not be recommending this business going forward we have left reviews in this regard as well. We did speak with Pemco our insurance company and it turns out First Choice is no longer a preferred business with them so it appears we’re not the only ones who have this opinion.

it took over two months to get our car in to have it fixed. They got their money within two weeks. The car was done in five days, but we got no updates on the repairs or any issues with the insurance. We went to pick the car up because 8 days after dropping it off, as we called them to find out what was going on, and practically had to fight them to get the car for a dispute with insurance of $100. It could’ve been handled much differently if they would’ve just called us and let us know.

The customer service was horrible. I felt like I was inconveniencing the receptionist when I dropped the car off, and when my husband went to pick the car up, it felt the same. A far cry from what First collision used to be under previous ownership.
