Front office well run, guy doing estimates up front with you and delivers at quoted price with quality work. My body shop forever hopefully not frequently. This is the place to go to receive a fair price, with quality work

The repair that was done on my car by First Class Auto Body was excellent and it was a world class performance. The car looks like it came out of the factory. The staff was also very professional and helpful in proving regular updates about the repair progress. Thanks to Amanda and Antonio for helping with the regular updates.

The entire experience was focused on providing great customer service. I received great communication from Antonio and Armenta who worked diligently to intervene with my insurance so that I didn't have to. The work was done on time and the quality was perfect. Staff are friendly, detail oriented and interested in making me satisfied. Highly recommend!

My full size spare that was stored in the trunk of my car was missing when I got my car back after the body work. Instead of replacing it with a similar item First Class ordered a donut spare as a replacement. I am not happy at all. I will never come back here again.
