I was very satisfied with the repair and customer service from Doug and the frequent text updates. I would rate as a 10 but not sure why a noise started that wasn't there before. It could be unrelated to the repair but for now it is just unexplained.

Alltech did a great job, faster than first estimated. Constant updates from Alltech meant I knew what was happening throughout the process.
