The repair work was done perfectly. The general cleaning of the car was done perfectly. However, probably during the detailing a blotch of the covering of the steering wheel was peeled off.

ALL THE REPAIRS WERE DONE EXTREMELY WELL. THE CLEANING OF THE INTERIOR WAS DONE VERY THOUROUGHLY WITH THE EXCEPTION THAT A LARGE SWATCH OF THE VINYL OF THE STEERING WHEEL WAS PEELED OFF PROBABLY DURING THE DETAILING OF THE INTERIOR

Doug is a true professional - he was expert at dealing with my insurance company and getting their approval of repairs - he made the repair process painless and kept me apprised as to progress and estimated completion every step along the way .
