The repair was supposed to take 4 days. It took 18 days. When I went to pick up the car, I noticed the side panel was not aligned correctly with the hood. It was adjusted on the spot, but should have been seen before the car was released. Communication was not great, I had to be initiator on the updates on the vehicle. We have used this service before and have been completely satisfied. That is why I gave this a 9 rating instead of lower.
