Pierce wrote the estimate, gave me the Enterprise rental info, scheduled my repairs and kept me informed with regard to the original delivery delay (3 days turned into several days) as the back up camera wiring was damaged during the repair process. I bought my car at First State Chevrolet and wouldn’t consider any other shop to take care of her! Thank you so much!

Everyone was super friendly, and the work was done in a timely manner! The disappointing part was when I picked up my car. The man handed me the keys and paperwork and that was it. He never came out with me to look over the work that was completed to get my feedback. I know from my son’s car they told me not to take it through the car wash for a few months. He. Said nothing to me. There were a couple of spots where it looks like something landed on the paint and they were never buffed out. Definitely didn’t leave feeling warm and fuzzy. Hertrich repaired my son’s car last year and my son had issues with clips not being right on the fender and a few other things. Also, they told me they would have my car at least a week which was an issue for me. That is why I went with your shop. Customer service is everything. It was great until the most important part….my satisfaction with the work. An opportunity was definitely missed.
